Note: The certification process is now a part of the Operations Manual and incorporates the SOPs. Of special note are two substantive changes:

• The FSA may be administered by either two rostered evaluators OR one rostered evaluator and the Canine Coordinator, or his/her designee (who must meet the parameters describe therein)
• Evaluator compensation has been clarified and the daily service rate ceiling raised to $500
