FEMA Canine Search Specialist Certification (CSSC) Annex - revised May 2010
Note: The certification process is now a part of the Operations Manual, and incorporates the SOPs.
Of special note are two substantive changes:
Foundation Skills Assessment The FSA may be administered by either two rostered evaluators OR one rostered evaluator and the Canine Coordinator, or his/her designee (who must meet the parameters describe therein)
Evaluator Compensation Evaluator compensation has been clarified and the daily service rate ceiling raised to $500
